A: The PD1 is available in R1 and R2 version, R1PD1 is discontinued. Differences are as below:

Q: What is the difference between D75S and D12S?

A: D75S and D12S are E1 interface boards for R1PD1, D75S is 75ohm, D12S is 120ohm.


Q: Can I use 120ohm cable connect on D75S?

A: No, you can’t, if you use 120ohm cable, please choose D12S interface board. To avoid incompatibility, please tell Thunder-link.com sales team your resistance.


Q: Does D75S /D12S come together with R2PD1 board?

A: Yes, D75S / D12S price is inclusive in R2PD1 board.


Q: Does E1 cable comes together with R2PD1 board?

A: No, you need purchase separately. To avoid incompatibility, please tell us your resistance.


Q: How many E1 cable do I need?

A: R2PD1 E1 cable is 8*E1 per PCS, you need 4PCS per each R2PD1 board; length is 3m, 5m, 10m as per your needs. But in normally condition, 5 meter per each is enough.


Q: How could I do, if I have R2PD1+D75S, but my DDF is 120ohm?

A: You may choose a 75ohm/120ohm converter, it looks like a DDF panel, can fix on your DDF rack to convert 75ohm to 120ohm.


Q: Can I return/exchange board if not compatible with my system?

A: Yes, please tell our sales team your system and main control board version, before your purchase.


Q: The board is new or refurbished?

A: Yes, it is original new, not been used.

Warranty
 
All products are vender original products, we provide new equipment for customers, never been used before. Some scratching or copper rust might be seen on the modules, that may caused by carry, inserting in/out from chassis during our in-stock and pre-delivery testing. In normal condition, the scratching and rust are very slightly. When meet with this situation, a picture will send to you first to obtain your confirmation before delivery to you.
 
Once you bought products from us, we will provide the best post sale service for you. After the shipping out, we will continuously track your cargo until it arrives to your country or region. If there is something wrong during the delivery, we will do our utmost to help you.
 
Generally, all products provided by Thunder-link.com, will come with standard vender like 1 year warranty. During the warranty period, Thunder-link.com will replace any defective Equipment, but the reverse logistics should responsible by buyer, the re-shipment should obey the trade terms of order. If it is unable to locate a suitable replacement, Thunder-link.com will repair the Equipment. If it is unable to do either, Thunder-link.com will refund the purchase price to Buyer.
 
This warranty does not apply to any failure of the Equipment as a result of misuse, abuse, accident, neglect or mishandling, lack of proper maintenance, environmental factors, improper installation or configuration, flood, fire or other natural disasters, physical damage, electrical issues such as lightning, power surges or incorrect electrical voltages, or improper modifications.
 
This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the Equipment (“Buyer”).
But if products fail during warranty time, please contact your sales representative, or email to
supports@thunder-link.com to verify your problem and enquire solutions for the failed products. If the problem
still can't be fixed by remote support trouble shooting methods i.e. email or phone support, then return procedure
triggered.
