OSN 7500

OSN 7500 is mainly used as a service scheduling node at the metropolitan backbone layer. That is, it functions as optical core switching equipment (OCS). As an intelligent optical transmission platform and core optical transmission system, OSN 7500 is located at the metropolitan backbone layer to schedule and transmit services of different types and granularities.

OSN 3500

OptiX OSN 3500 can be used in packet mode or in TDM mode. When used with the other equipment of Huawei, OSN 3500 supports various networking applications, such as the pure packet mode application, hybrid networking application (overlay networking of the packet mode and TDM mode), and pure TDM mode application.

OSN 7500

  • It has 22 slots for processing boards and 8 slots for interface boards
  • Supports Packet, TDM and hybrid networking mode, applicable at the backbone layer

OSN 500

OSN 500 is used at the access layer of the transmission network. It can provide STM-1/STM-4 optical interfaces and forms the entire equipment group with the other access layer equipment, thus optimizing the Huawei OptiX product series.

Metro 1000

Metro 1000 is a type of STM-1/STM-4/STM-16 case-shaped equipment, it can access multiple types of services and can be used at the access layer of metropolitan area networks (MANs) and local transmission networks to access VIP private lines, wireless base stations, and digital subscriber line access multiplexers (DSLAM).

OSN 500

  • Supports TDM + packet (MPLS/MPLS-TP-based) dual-domain architecture, applicable at the access layer
  • Packet capacity up to 7.2Gbit/s

Metro 1000

  • Supports TDM and packet universal switch, applicable at the access layer
