Description

Dual C-BAND optical amplifiers unit with optical supervisory channel board (MAX 0dBm IN and 20dBm OUT, Gain 20 to 31dB), can apply to Huawei OSN6800 and OSN8800.

TN11DAS1 cannot be used at an OLA station.

TN11DAS1 cannot be used together with the SFIU board.

The total wavelengths range from 1529 nm to 1561 nm.

Supports the system to transmit services over different fiber spans without electrical regeneration.

Multiplexes and demultiplexes signals transmitted along the main path and optical supervisory channel.

Processes one channel of optical supervisory signals.

Supports transparent transmission of one channel of FE electrical signals.

Provides the online monitoring interface.

Supports the gain locking and power locking modes.

The EDFA inside board has transient control function.

Detects and reports the optical power.

Monitors the temperature of the pump laser.

Detects current of pump driving, back facet and pump cooling; temperature of pump laser and ambient temperature of board.

Transmits signals from section to section. It also has the 3R function.

Supports Optical-layer ASON.

The RX/TX optical port supports pluggable optical modules.

TN11DAS1 is a WDM optical amplifier board applied to Huawei OSN6800 and OSN8800, to amplify dual C-band optical signals at Gain Range 20dB to 31dB. It can apply to Huawei OSN6800 and OSN8800, cannot be used at an OLA station or cannot be used together with the SFIU board. TN11DAS1 part number is 03030MJB, it has only one version TN11.

A: OAU is only for amplifying the input optical signals in C band and ST2 only supports optical supervisory, while DAS1 both supports amplifier and optical supervisory.

Q: Does the TN11DAS1 board can interwork with a ST2 board for OSC interconnection?

A: Yes, but DAS1 board only can interwork with a TN11ST2 or TN13ST2 board for OSC interconnection, cannot interwork with TN12ST2 board.
