Occupies one flexible interface card slot.

Provides two 50GE interfaces or one 100GE interface for line-rate transmitting and receiving, and supports QSFP28 optical modules, including:
100Gbps QSFP28 Optical Module
40Gbps QSFP+ Optical Module
50Gbps QSFP28 BIDI Optical Module
50Gbps QSFP28 Optical Module

Supports FlexE and MACsec.

Supports 40GE/50GE/100GE auto-sensing.

Restrictions and remarks	1. Port 0 supports 100GE, 50GE, 40GE, 4 x 25GE breakout, and 4 x 10GE breakout. Port 1 is valid only when port 0 is 50GE. If the switch-mode command is run to set the mode to auto and a 100GE or 40GE optical module is installed on port 0, port 0 automatically changes to 100GE/40GE. In this case, port 0 is valid, but port 1 is invalid. If a 50GE optical module is installed on port 0, ports 0 and 1 are both valid, and port 0 automatically changes to 50GE. If port 1 works in 50GE mode and carries services, port 0 does not support auto-sensing.
Restrictions and remarks	2. When the SRU2T is installed on the F8 and the LPU is installed in slot 1, 2, 7, or 8, the subcard can be installed only in PIC0 or PIC2 of the LPU.
