Assurance Procedure
With our ERP system, you can rely on Thunder-link.com to ensure an efficient, collaborative, and thorough quality assurance procedure. Your dedicated account manager is responsible for the entire order lifecycle—from hardware and software compatibility testing to packaging, shipping, and delivery—bringing you complete confidence throughout your network deployment.
1-Inbound All products will be inspected by our engineering team for any defects, damage, or discrepancies. Following this, an in-stock test will be conducted to ensure full functionality. Once completed, the products will be registered into our ERP system with Inbound Date, SN, Sourcing Information for accurate traceability.
2-Engineer Dept. Test Upon order placed, products will be sorted and assembled, in accordance with customer's configuration requirement. A 24-hour pre-delivery test will then be conducted in our TestBED, where engineering team will verify hardware & software compatibility, functionality, SFP Digital Verification and TX power measurement.
3-Signed Test Report Upon completion of the testing, a detailed report will be generated. The engineer will verify the consistency of the test data with the device’s software version, PCB hardware version, optical port TX power, and SN. If no problems, engineer will sign off on the test report, subsequently assuming full responsibility for the accuracy of the results.
4-Account Manager Inspection & Approval To provide double assurance, your account manager will review the signed test report to confirm all test items align with the order details. Simultaneously, we'll inspect for any missing installation materials or accessories, and verify all customer-specific requirements. Once everything is confirmed, the test report will be approved, and the order will move forward in our ERP system. From this point on, your account manager will take full responsibility for every step of the order process, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
5-Outbound Outbound items will be documented as dispatched with all relevant details, including the Outbound date, Order PO/PI/CI No., Customer Particulars, Assigned Account Manager, and Testing Engineer, all systematically recorded in the ERP system.
6-Packaging At Thunder-link.com, diverse upgraded packaging solutions are offered, tailored to different product characteristics and customer requirements, to reinforce product protection and peace of mind.
