Description

SS61EFS001 8-ports FE transparent transmission processing board, apply to Huawei Metro 3000.

Supports 24 VCTRUNKs, 4xVC-4 uplink bandwidth.

Maximum bandwidth at the SDH side is 622 Mbit/s.

Supports auto-negotiation at which physical layer is compliant with IEEE 802.3u protocol.

Supports point-to-point/point-to-multipoint/multipoint to multipoint transparent transmission.

Supports the convergence of FE and FE services.

Supports Layer 2 switching of Ethernet data, static configuration, self-learning, and table upgrading of MAC addresses.

Supports service multicast and service broadcast.

Process MPLS encapsulated datagram and common Ethernet datagram.

Supports GFP encapsulation/decapsulation of packets. GFP encapsulation is compliant with ITU-T G.7041.

Supports a maximum of 12xVC-3 or 6xVC-3 plus 126xVC-12.

Supports LCAS, capacity adjustment of concatenated links.

Suppots dynamic increase/decrease of VCTRUNK bandwidth without service loss.

Supports VLAN divided by port, which is compliant with IEEE 802.1q and IEEE 802.1p.

Supports the flow control compliant with IEEE 802.3x Standard.

Supports the HUB-SPOKE function to segregate the port at the convergence node.

Supports CoS 2 and CoS 4.

Supports IGMP, RSTP, and STP based on layer 2 switching (RSTP and STP are compatible).

 

SS61EFS001 is an 8-ports FE service processing board, can be used on Huawei Metro 3000. SS61EFS001& part number is 03036787, model name is SS61EFS0. SS61EFS001 does’t have interface on board, it must work with SS61EMF8 to provide 8 FE optical interface or with SS61EMT8 to provide 8 FE electrical interface.
