Appearance

TN1140V uses a front panel different from that of TN12 TN13 and TN17. TN11M40V occupies 3 slots, the other 3 versions occupy 2 slots on the subrack.

Function

TN11 TN12 and TN17 support VOA function by default, which can adjust the optical power of each signal before multiplexing.

But TN13M40V only can support VOA when working with optical Power Intelligent Balancing system software license, if not, TN13M40V just can be used as an M40 board (M40 cannot support VOA).

Mapping Between Board and Equipment

TN17M40V is not supported by OSN6800 subrack, only OSN8800
