TNG2WSMD9 9-Port wavelength selective multiplexing and demultiplexing board
Apply to OSN 9800 M05, OSN 9800 M12 and OSN 9800 M24, it supports wavelength broadcast, dynamic wavelength grooming, resizable channel bandwidths, in-service monitoring of optical performance, and alarms and performance events monitoring
TNG2WSMD9 supports optical-layer ASON and Optical-layer loopback functions
TNG2WSMD9 supports Alarm and performance event monitoring and Optical power adjustment
TNG2WSMD9 as a ROADM unit, the WSMD9 board is used with optical multiplexer boards, optical demultiplexer boards, or other OADM boards to perform wavelength grooming at DWDM network nodes
