Applied to Huawei OSN9800 U16

Works with system control board TNS2CTU

Performs centralized cross-connections of ODUk (k = 0, 1, 2, 2e, 3, 4, or flex) signals between subracks in a cluster system

Supports Electrical-layer ASON

The fourteen cross-connect boards of the U16 subrack form a cross-connect resource pool for service grooming

The system can still function properly when cross-connect boards on a maximum of two cross-connect planes are faulty
