On some SME Network APs running V200R023C10 to V200R024C00, the default password of the management SSID is Admin@123.

V200R021C00 and later versions: no default password (You need to configure a global password as the default value.)

Default usernames and passwords are meant only for the initial setup of network devices such as Huawei AirEngine 5700 and 6700 Series access points. However, since these credentials are publicly available and the same for all units, leaving them unchanged poses a serious security risk. Attackers can easily gain access using these defaults to modify configurations, disrupt services, or compromise the entire network.

Therefore, it is crucial to change the default username and password immediately after installation. Setting strong, unique credentials ensures that only authorized personnel can manage the device and helps protect your network from unauthorized access or potential cyber threats.
