Is XGS-PON license required when Huawei OLT connects with Huawei XGS-PON ONT?

XG-PON and XGS-PON are more and more popluar by ISP (Internet Service Providers) globally, XG-PON is almost popularized in China, XGS-PON is not commercial used. Same in globally, some ISP start to test XGSPON in their network.

As we know that Huawei OLT and Huawei ONT can be compatible by default, no matther GPON or XG-PON or XGS-PON. But one of our customers has feedback that their Huawei XGS-PON ONT is offline on MA5800 OLT with CSHF board configured, which requires XGS-PON license.
