The GPxF board is GPON interface board of Huawei MA5800 series, it works together with the optical network terminal (ONT: HG8546M, EG8145V5…) to provide GPON access services and plays an important role in Internet access layer. Since there are 4 types of MA5800 GPON interface boards, which one can be the better choice for your needs?

As you can see from the Table 1:

1.Only GPHF and GPUF supports D-CCAP; While GPSF scenario have limited only support FTTH

2. Only GPHF and GPLF support Jumbo Frame

3. GPHF have 4 times MAC address than GPUF and GPLF, 8 times MAC address than GPSF

4. GPSF only have 1/3 ARP table capability than GPHF/ GPUF/ GPLF
