How to Handle Signal strength issue of AirEngine 6760R-51?

This post will describe how to deal with the signal strength issue of AirEngine 6760R-51.

Problem Description

The signal strength of the AP within 30-40 meters was more than -65 dBm and even when the line of sight was clear inside the room the signal strength was more than -70 dBm.

Processing Procedure

Root Cause

If the signal strength is not ideal in the room, a site survey and WLAN planning are recommended with having an indoor AP.

Solution

After the above configuration, signal strength was improved by -10 to -15 dBm.
